Decision

(i)            to note to the removal of line 14 (Internal Audit Update report) as there were no updates this cycle;

(ii)          to note that the Strategy and Transformation Lead would add progress on the development session commitments to the November meeting of RAPC;

(iii)         to remove the duplicate entries at lines 17 and 21; and

(iv)         to otherwise agree the business planner.
