The Council decided to approve the revised Performance Management Framework for 2026-27 on 19th August 2026. The framework includes an enhanced Quality Improvement Framework, incorporates feedback from stakeholders, and aligns with Accounts Commission guidance. It also proposes lifting and shifting performance accountability for People Services outputs to the Communities, Housing and Public Protection Committee.
