Decision

(i)            to note the update on whistleblowing arrangements across the IJB;

(ii)          to note that no whistleblowing concerns relating to the IJB were reported through the available routes during 2025/26;

(iii)         to endorse further promotion of whistleblowing and speaking-up arrangements across the IJB as detailed in the report and Appendix

(iv)         to instruct the Chief Officer to circulate the ACHSCP iMatter report summarising staff engagement and experience survey results at NHS Grampian for 2026;

(v)          to instruct the Business, Resilience and Comms Lead – ACHSCP, to circulate by way of a Service Update, information in respect of volunteers and unpaid carers and their routes for whistleblowing; and

(vi)         to instruct the Chief Officer to bring an annual assurance update report to the IJB to include awareness raising activity and any learning arising.
