Decision

(1)      Councillor Yuill advised that he had a connection in relation to agenda item 9.1 (Council Financial Performance – Quarter 1, 2026/27) by virtue of him being a Council appointed member of NHS Grampian Board. Having applied the objective test, he did not consider that he had an interest and would not be withdrawing from the meeting;

(2)      Councillor Cooke advised that he had a connection in relation to agenda item 9.1 (Council Financial Performance – Quarter 1, 2026/27) by virtue of him being appointed as the Vice Chair of the Aberdeen Integrated Joint Board. Having applied the objective test, he did not consider that he had an interest and would not be withdrawing from the meeting; and

(3)      Councillor Greig advised that he had a connection in relation to agenda item 11.1 (Creative Industries Action Plan - Mapping Report and North East Culture Connects Development Framework) by virtue of him being a Council appointed member of the Aberdeen Performing Arts Board. Having applied the objective test, he did not consider that he had an interest and would not be withdrawing from the meeting.
