Decision

(i)       to note the reasons for deferral in relation to item 6 (Cruyff Courts) and item 7 (Wellington Road Junction Improvements – Progress Report);

(ii)      to instruct the Clerk to circulate to Councillor Mrs Stewart, a copy of the Finance and Resources Committee decision on 13 May 2026, relating to the Christmas Village Feedback report; and

(iii)      to otherwise note the Committee Planner.
