Adur Licensing Committee

The Adur Licensing Committee is responsible for considering and determining various licence applications within the Adur district. It oversees the Council's licensing responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. The committee also handles licensing and enforcement for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire drivers, vehicles, and operators, as well as licences for caravan sites, animal welfare, street trading, public protection, and sex establishments.
