About
The Joint Staff Committee acts as the highest level of appeal for all staff-related policies within Adur and Worthing Councils, excluding matters handled by the Joint Senior Staff Committee. It is responsible for making final decisions on grievances and disciplinary issues. Additionally, the committee determines terms and conditions for staff, except for those specifically referred to the Joint Senior Staff Committee, when these require member involvement.
