Worthing Planning Committee

The Worthing Planning Committee is responsible for considering and making decisions on a range of planning-related applications within Worthing Borough. This includes applications for general planning permission, listed building consent, conservation area consent, and advertisement consent. The committee also addresses matters concerning Tree Preservation Orders and enforcement actions related to unauthorised building works or breaches of approved conditions.
