To enter into a contract with our preferred supplier; KEE Environmental Ltd, to support and distribute kerbside and kitchen caddies to residential properties across Adur & Worthing for the implementation of the food waste collection service starting in September 2026. The contract value is estimated to be £129K.

Alternative options considered

Assessments have been made on the availability and suitability of distribution companies who can provide the service required. Our preferred supplier has received positive feedback from other councils.

Evaluations were carried out by Officers to determine best value and quality assessment of product from alternative suppliers with our preferred supplier outlined above.
