Decision

To enter into a contract with our preferred supplier, Farid Hillend Engineering Ltd., for the secondary supplier manufacture (Izuzu primary) and supply of an additional two food waste collection vehicles for both Adur and Worthing regarding food waste collection service. These vehicles will be used for the second phase of the food waste roll out.

Reasons for the decision

The preferred supplier provided the most advantageous tender return. These two additional vehicles will be of the same specification as the seven being delivered to the service this summer.
