WBC Cabinet Member for Finance & Resources: Taking into account the budgetary constraints, I am satisfied that the changes proposed (which include the creation of key new roles) will provide clarity and stability in the HR function as we move towards Vesting Day in April 2028.

ADC Cabinet Member for Finance & Resources: Within our current budgetary framework, I am satisfied that the proposed restructure—including the introduction of key new roles—will ensure a stable and transparent HR function leading up to Vesting Day in April 2028.
