Purpose

The report seeks approval from the Policy and Resources Committee to adopt the Council’s new Resolution Framework, which replaces the existing disciplinary, capability and grievance procedures. The Resolution Framework introduces a modern, values-led, person-centred approach focused on early and constructive resolution of workplace concerns.
