Decision

To instruct Legal Services to review and complete a Wayleave Agreement in respect of the installation of approximately 48 metres of underground duct and cables at land outside 2 East Bank Walk Littlehampton. The apparatus is required to improve the connectivity coverage in the local area.

Reasons for the decision

To grant the request from Openreach to enable them to instal the apparatus as set out above. Greenspace team have been consulted and are in agreement.

Openreach have agreed to cover the council’s costs in the sum of £559.90 + VAT and have offered a consideration of £113.28.
