To instruct legal to prepare and agree a Deed of Surrender for the lease dated 27th September 2018 between Arun District Council and Falcon Homes (Sussex) Limited for Units 1 & 2 Mountbatten Court, Place St. Maur Des Fosses, Bognor Regis.

The Deed will be prepared in accordance with the Heads of Terms dated 16 June 2026 agreed between the parties on the basis of no premium payable by either party and no dilapidations payable.

Reasons for the decision

The tenant has vacated the premises.

The property will be held vacant and available should existing council tenants wish to relocate during proposed redevelopment works nearby.
