Decision

To instruct legal services to prepare, complete and execute the following:
- Deed of surrender for current lease dated 3 October 2003; and
- A new 21-year lease with an initial rent of £1,250 pa with five yearly RPI based rent reviews.
New lease will not be excluded from sections 24-28 LTA 1954

Reasons for the decision

Current lease holding over and due to a change in the size of the demise since the original grant, a surrender is needed, with a new lease being issued.
