The Assignment will be to xxxx xxxxx xxxx Limited with a personal guarantor from xxxx xxxx.

Reasons for the decision

The tenant has marketed their lease and found a suitable assignee who is known to us. They have also agreed that there will be a personal guarantor. Under the Lease we are required to not withhold consent unreasonably or delay, and having requested relevant information we are satisfied the assignee will be a suitable tenant.

The rental value per annum £8000
