Purpose
Following the receipt in July 2026 of a Business Plan and a formal offer from Bognor Regis Town Council for the purchase of the Town Hall under the council's Community Asset Transfer Policy, this report sets out the council's recommended approach to the offer received. This action accords with minute 549 (4) of Policy & Resources Committee – 12.02.26
