Decision

To authorise Legal Services to issue a licence to Clancy Docwra Limited to capture the works they propose to carry out on the land lying to the north of North Bersted Street, Bognor Regis for the purpose of a future Wayleave agreement. This is to capture the intrusive elements of the works which are required to determine whether the location is suitable for SSE to install a new underground cable from an existing substation north of Gladius Way, leading to a new site substation site located near the cemetery. At this stage, SSE is looking to undertake site investigations to determine whether the location is suitable

Reasons for the decision

To cooperate with SSE in carrying out their works and comply with statutory rights under the Electricity Act 1989.
