Purpose

To Note First quarter performance and forecast for HRA in 2026/27

Decision

It was RESOLVED: -

1. 1.1           That Cabinet noted in Appendix A the HRA quarter one actuals of £118k surplus and forecast deficit position of £1.512m against a budget deficit of £903k.
2. 1.2           That Cabinet noted in Appendix B the capital programme and capital financing spend to date £2.057m and forecast year end spend of £22.202m.
3. 1.3           That Cabinet noted in Appendix C the forecast reserves position of £3.277m.

REASON FOR DECISION

To ensure that Councillors were kept informed of the financial position for Housing Revenue Account.

The recommended option was set out in the Recommendations.
