The Licensing Sub-Committee considers all functions under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005 and associated Regulations, as delegated to it by the Licensing Committee. Membership is any three members of the Licensing & General Purposes Committee (see here). A Member is not permitted to consider an application in his/her Ward.
