RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 

1.   
Authorises the approval of the funding request for
£669,383 capital expenditure and £123,200 ongoing
operational expenditure to optimise the effectiveness of the Mosaic
Children’s Social Care IT System to ensure that we can ensure
effective safety of the children in the borough; and
 

2.   
Authorises the Executive Director of
Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive
Director of Core Services and the programme team to develop and
deliver the Mosaic Optimisation Programme.
