Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet:-

(i)            Review Berneslai Homes performance for 2024/25; noting performance against the Regulator of Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and Key Assurance KPI’s and those areas where actions have been put in place to ensure that Berneslai Homes continues to provide a well performing, effective and efficient service to council tenants and continues to improve and develop their services putting tenants at the heart of service design and delivery;

(ii)          Note progress against the Annual Business Action Plan for 2024/25; and

(iii)         Review and comment on the Annual Review and note the achievements of Berneslai Homes and areas for improvement.
