RESOLVED
that Cabinet:
 
(i)           
Consider the progress made against the Action Plan
developed in response to the nine recommendations, and to endorse
the continued delivery of the actions set out. Cabinet will then be
asked to review an updated Action Plan in six months time;
and

 
(ii)         
Acknowledge the content of the LGA Progress Report
and to note the reflections and observations provided.
