Decision

RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 
(i)           
Agrees that the revised layout mitigates the
concerns raised during the public consultation – that it does
not adversely affect residents but still achieves the
scheme’s aim of preventing obstruction by injudicious parking
at peak times; and

 
(ii)         
Authorise the Head of Highways and Engineering and
the Head of Legal Services to make and implement The Traffic
Regulation Order to introduce waiting restrictions as per the
revised layout.
