Purpose

The strategy sets out how adult services, through social care practice, and commissioning will drive costs down to balance the purchased care budget.

Decision

That the Cabinet Spokesperson:-

1. Note the direction and outcomes in the Adult Social Care – Strategy for Change.
2. Approve the Invest to Save of £1,805,090 over a 3 year period to support the delivery of the Strategy for Change.
