Decision

(i)   that the following Cabinet Portfolios be confirmed for the 2026/27 municipal year with effect from Annual Council on 29 May 2026:

(ii)  that the following members be appointed to the Cabinet for the 2026/27 municipal year with effect from Annual Council on 29 May 2026, with responsibility for the portfolios indicated:

Deputy Leader – Councillor Edward Dillingham

Cabinet Spokesperson without Portfolio – Councillor Rachael Kay

Cabinet Spokesperson for Core Services – Councillor Martin Bancroft

Cabinet Spokesperson for Adult Social Care and Integrated Health – Councillor Stan Bryan

Cabinet Spokesperson for Children’s Services – Councillor Gary Hall

Cabinet Spokesperson for Environment, Transport and Communities – Councillor Paul Kelly

Cabinet Spokesperson for Regeneration and Assets – Councillor Andy Cudworth

(iii)  that the following Members be appointed as Cabinet Support Members for the 2026/27 municipal year for the Portfolio as indicated:-
