Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet:-

1. Note the final financial position on the 2025/26 Capital Programme;
2. Approve scheme slippage totalling £29.1M (paragraph 2.6 and Appendix B refer);
3. Approve scheme re-phasing totalling £0.7M (paragraph 2.7 and Appendix B refer);  
4. Note the total net reduction in scheme costs in 2025/26 of £1.7M (paragraph 2.8 and Appendix B refer);
5. Receive an updated 2026/27 indicative Capital Programme position (as part of the Quarterly Finance Monitoring update).
