That Cabinet Spokesperson: -

1. Agrees that the objection received be rejected for the reasons detailed in the Cabinet report and the objector be informed accordingly.

A summary of the objection and representation received and the Traffic Officer’s comments in response are set out in Appendix 3 of the Cabinet report.

1. Approves the proposal to enact a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to

Introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions and extend the ‘No Stopping – School Keep Clear’ markings, as originally advertised and as shown in Appendix 2 of the Cabinet Spokesperson report.

1. Authorises the Head of Highways and Engineering and the Head of Legal Services to make and implement the Traffic Regulation Order.
