RESOLVED that Cabinet:-

  1. Agree that the objections received are overruled for the reasons set out in this report and the objectors are informed accordingly; and
  2. Agree that the Head of Highways and Engineering be authorised to arrange for the making and implementation of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) as originally published.
