Purpose

This report presents the review of the Berneslai Homes Annual Business Plan 2023/24 and the annual performance report.

Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet:-

1. Review Berneslai Homes performance for 2023/24; noting performance against the Regulator of Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and Key Assurance KPI’s, and those exception areas where actions have been put in place to ensure that Berneslai Homes provides a high performing, effective and efficient service to council tenants and continue to improve and develop their services putting tenants at the heart of service design and delivery; and
2. Note progress against the Annual Business Action Plan for 2023/24; and
3. Note the achievements of Berneslai Homes and areas for improvement; and
4. Support the pilot approach to collating Tenant Satisfaction via the TSM survey.
