Decision

1. To support and fund the pay increase that has been recognised nationally for NHS employed staff for the remainder of the Integrated Sexual Health Service current contract from April 2022 to June 2028.
2. The Council is committed to continuing to enable providers to recruit into vacant positions within mandated clinical services.  The proposal put forward is to bring the Integrated Sexual Health Service pay in line with the national pay award for 2022/23.
