Decision

A Certificate of Compliance has been issued in respect of the 10-year Right to Buy restriction. The certificate confirms that the requirements of Section 156A of the Housing Act 1985 have been satisfied and meets the provisions of Restriction B2 contained in the Proprietorship Register of the title. As a result, the restriction has been complied with for registration purposes.
