Decision

A Deed of Rectification is required to clarify the extent of the demised premises, specifically to confirm that the demise includes the external entrance door, entrance hall, internal staircase and landing providing access to the first-floor flat, together with the storage sheds and garden (if any). To reflect this clarification, Corporate Estates has prepared a revised plan, which will be incorporated into the Deed of Rectification.
