Purpose

To seek approval to vary the Traffic Regulation Order relating to Lake Meadows Car Park to facilitate the removal of weekday parking charges, whilst retaining appropriate parking controls to deter long-stay commuter parking and ensure continued availability of parking for park users.

To approve a formal 21 day consultation on the proposed pay and display charges and tariff adjustments at Lake Meadows Car Park.

To approve the proposed revised draft pay and display charges and tariff adjustments as recommended within the enclosed report subject to the above consultation.
