Purpose

Approval is sought to enter into a Licence with the freehold owner of The Willows Shopping Centre to permit the installation and ongoing operation of a Council-owned CCTV camera.

Decision

To enter into a License with the London & Cambridge Properties, freehold owner of The Willows Shopping Centre, Wickford. SS12 0RA, to permit the installation and ongoing operation of a Council-owned CCTV camera and associated apparatus on the external fabric of the building, together with rights of access for inspection, maintenance, repair, upgrade and removal of the equipment.
