Purpose

To grant a wayleave in relation to new fibre-optic cabling at the property.

Decision

To provide authority to enter into a wayleave agreement with Hawkins Electrical Services Ltd to enable access and installation of a fibre-optic cable at Unit 1E & 1R Southgate House.
