Purpose

To approve a Deed of Variation for the Licence to Alter which includes additional works proposed by the tenant. There is also a consent document to be approved which addresses the amended plan, and a side letter regarding power supply.

Decision

To seek approval to enter into a Deed of Variation to amend the Licence to Alter agreed for units 3 and 4 Westgate.  To also approve a letter of consent to amend the original lease plan, a side letter to agree the arrangements for power connections and any other documentation required to vary this arrangement.
