Purpose

The contract for a financial advisory consultant, whom will provide specialist financial, commercial and accounting advice to determine the most financially sustainable and commercially viable way for Basildon Borough Council to deliver around 360 new homes and key town centre regeneration projects, has been been awarded to Operis Business Engineering Limited.

Decision

That the contract award for financial and commercial advice for the Housing Delivery Plan & Basildon Town Centre Regeneration Programme is awarded to Operis Business Engineering Limited for the sum of £24,500.00.
