Development Control Committee

The Development Control Committee is responsible for considering Planning Applications that are deemed by senior officers to be significant in scale, and therefore require a decision by councillors. The committee will also consider Development Controls and Enforcement matters and deal with matters relating to public rights of way, the protection of important hedgerows and the preservation of trees.
