Resources Committee

The Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee is tasked with ensuring the effective management of resources within the council. This includes overseeing the Budget to ensure financial stability and alignment with the Council Plan.   The committee is responsible for Performance Monitoring to track progress and identify areas for improvement.   The committee aims to drive service improvement across departments, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
