To approve the disposal of Joule Road Industrial Estate

Decision

In consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property, to approve the heads of terms for the disposal of the site and enter into a contract for sale to the Greenham Trust.

Reasons for the decision

The disposal is intended to enable delivery of a new CFP facility at the existing site with the potential to divert increased material for reuse, delivering enhanced financial and social value benefits to the local community to support the emerging Anti-Poverty Strategy.

This delegated decision is made furtherance of the decision of Cabinet made on 16 September 2025.
