Purpose

To consider options to enter
into a licence with Nottinghamshire County Council to allow the
council to replace street furniture (bins) within Worksop Town
Centre.

Decision

To enter into a
licence with Nottinghamshire County Council. Without the licence
the Council would be unable to replace the street furniture (bins)
and progress with the wider Worksop Town Centre Project.
