Purpose

To consider an application for a Street Collection Permit from Tickhill and District Lions Club, to carry out a Christmas collections on the following dates and locations:

·        Sunday 10 December – Bracken Way – Harworth

·        Monday 11 December – Mirabelle Way – Harworth

·        Wednesday 13 December – Meadow Way – Baulk Lane – Harworth

·        Thursday 14 December - Amanda – Smith Square – Harworth

·        Friday 15 December – Bircotes

·        Monday 18 December – Bawtry West

·        Tuesday 19 December – East Austerfield

Decision

To grant the request. This is an annual campaign appeal organised by the Tickhill and District Lions to raise funds for distribution in the local area. There are no other charitable collections authorised to take place on the specified dates.

No other collections will be authorised on these dates and in these areas to limit the impact to members of the public who wish to have peaceful enjoyment of their local area without distraction or interference.
