The Bath and North East Somerset Health and Wellbeing Board is a statutory forum bringing together leaders from local government, health services, the third sector, and education. Its purpose is to set the direction for improving the health and wellbeing of the local population and reducing health inequalities.
The Board drives joined-up working at a local level and is responsible for developing the Health and Wellbeing Strategy. Its decisions and recommendations influence health and care services across the area.
