Purpose

To accept £3m grant awarded by WECA on
behalf of DLUHC (Department of Levelling Up, Homes and Communities)
to bring forward the benefits the project will bring and support
the delivery of Bath Quays.

Decision

To accept £3m DLUHC grant from WECA and
to fully approve additional capital budget of £3m for Bath
Quays funded from this grant.

Alternative options considered

We could “do nothing” but would
not benefit from the grant funding which will help to advance the
programme of work.
