delivery of the Liveable Neighbourhoods CRSTS capital
programme.

Decision

To fully approve the Liveable Neighbourhoods
Capital delivery programme of £6.067m. This is funded by
£5.2m of WECA CRSTS grant and £856k of BANES match
funding.

Alternative options considered

To not progress with the capital programme;
this was dismissed as the Liveable Neighbourhoods programme is a
key manifesto commitment from the Administration and there is a
requirement to spend the funding by March 2027.
