Purpose

B&NES Corporate Estate hold a small parcel of land which comprises car parking for approximately 6 cars and a sloping landscaped bank.
Council approval for the sale has been gained.

Decision

Option 3 as the disposal will reduce B&NES management costs, there are no Service Departments that require the asset and the sale will produce a capital receipt for the Council.

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - B&NES retain the asset
Option 2 - B&NES occupy the premises
Option 3 - B&NES dispose of the asset
