Purpose

Procure a system for data management of young
people not in education, employment or training. This procurement
enables the Council to undertake the statutory duty to promote the
effective participation in education and training of 16 and 17 year
olds in their area and maintain a tracking system to identify those
who are not in education, employment or training.

Option 1 - Continued use of the current IT
system (discounted as the continued use of the system can not be
supported by IT)
Option 2 - Procure a module of the existing Liquid Logic
system
