Purpose

To approve the use of
s.172 Housing and Planning Act (HPA) (2016) Powers.

Decision

(1) 
To agree to exercise
s172 Powers as required for the purpose of undertaking surveys on
private land.
 
(2) 
To delegate to the
Director for Capital and Housing Delivery, the power to
authorise the issue and service of
notices to landowners, to carry out surveys. This includes the
issue of warrants for entry to the land as required.
