Purpose
Additional wording was needed to rule 3.5.20
to cover the existing provision that executive decisions can be
made by officers or other bodies, as set out in rule 3.2.1.
This amendment does not change any existing level of delegation or
responsibility but makes clearer the process for recording all
executive decisions by those individuals or bodies authorised to
make them.
Decision
The words "or authorised individuals/bodies"
was added at points into this rule where needed.
Alternative options considered
Option 1 - Not to add, which would mean the
Constitution was not totally clear about reporting of executive
decisions.
